The company provides and maintains safe and healthy working conditions for all employees. The company while adopting the best practices will endeavor to curtail the impact of our operations on the environment. Sure Projects International Limited is committed to the advancement of host communities in our areas of operations.
It is the policy of SURE PROJECTS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED to conduct its activities in a manner which assures;
- Optimum protection of the environment
- Compliance with statutory laws and regulations, efficient use of natural resources and waste reduction.
- Good occupational health, promotes a safe work-place and protect the health of employee, sub-contractors and SURE PROJECTS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED surrounding community.
- Accident prevention, education, voluntary participation, personal responsibility and cost effectiveness by:
1. Periodic environmental assessment to ensure compliance and continuous
improvement of operational standards.
2. Practising Ergonomics to increase health protection and work efficiency at the same time.

SURE PROJECTS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED shall continue to identify with the needs and aspirations of her clients and host community in the execution of its operations.
SURE PROJECTS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED shall also ensure the building on sustenance of a harmonious relationship with her clients and host community. she shall exhaust every known peaceful strategy to resolve conflicts in case of any disagreement.
In order to achieve mutually beneficial relationship with our host community, we shall;
1. Liase with client representative in handling company problems that may arise in cause of executing the job.
2. Continuously assess and abate the social economic impact of all business activities by taking required preventative measures.
WASTE MANAGEMENT POLICY
It is the policy of SURE PROJECTS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED to segregate all waste resulting from her activities, office, workshop and work-site, thereafter dispose appropriately as contained in our waste management plan.
Work sites and temporary structures shall at all time be kept tidy.
Wastes, disused parts and surplus materials shall be removed daily to approved dumps sites and or reused where necessary.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
IT IS SURE PROJECTS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED policy to:
- Carry out environmental impact assessments and environmental evaluation
reviews in relation to all aspects of the natural and social environment that may be
affected by its activities.
- Identify any such interface for the complete life cycle for both new and existing
facilities and operations.
- Enhance positive effects and prevent intolerable impacts from occurring.
- Limit the nature and extent of ant residual negative impacts however caused such
that they are as low as practicable.
- Consult relevant stakeholders.
- Leave the environment at the end of the useful life of any operation in a
condition suitable for future use.
- Routinely monitor the environmental status of each operation and take corrective
action as necessary.
